Profile Information: You may choose to provide your name and optional - short bio, and LinkedIn URL.
Bluetooth Device Information:
- Nudge uses Bluetooth to detect and connect with nearby devices for the purpose of peer discovery and networking.
- This may include device names, unique Bluetooth identifiers, and signal strength data.
- While Bluetooth can sometimes be used to approximate location, Nudge does not store or use this information for tracking or profiling your location.
Firebase Data: We use Firebase SDK for crash reporting, analytics, and app performance. This may include anonymized app usage data and technical diagnostics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Enable peer discovery via Bluetooth.
- Allow you to view and connect with nearby peers.
- Improve app performance, stability, and user experience.
3. Data Retention
- Bluetooth identifiers are processed in memory during active sessions and are not stored permanently on our servers.
- Firebase analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention policy.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only when necessary to provide the app’s core functions:
- With Firebase (Google) for analytics and crash reporting.
- As required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights.
5. Your Choices
- You may choose not to provide profile information.
- You can disable Bluetooth in your device settings to stop peer discovery.
- You can request deletion of your profile data by contacting us.
6. Children’s Privacy
Nudge is not intended for children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post updates here with a revised effective date.
